Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the conditions under which MangaFlow processes refunds and how you can cancel a subscription or top-up. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. How our pricing works

MangaFlow runs on a credit-based system. You purchase credits — either as a one-time top-up or as part of a recurring subscription — and each generation (story analysis, character reference, manga page, cover) consumes credits at a published rate. Credits you have already spent power AI generations on third-party infrastructure that we are billed for in real time, and therefore cannot be returned to inventory once used.

2. Refund eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on how much of your purchased balance has already been consumed at the time of the request:

  • 10% or more credits used — the purchase is considered materially consumed and is not eligible for a refund. This applies regardless of whether the underlying generations met your expectations; for output-quality concerns please use the regenerate options inside the editor or contact support for credit adjustments at our discretion.
  • Less than 10% of credits used — you are eligible for a partial refund on a pro-rata basis. The refund covers the unused portion of your purchase, calculated as (purchased credits − used credits) / purchased credits × purchase price, less any unrecoverable third-party processing fees.

3. Free or promotional credits

Credits granted at signup, awarded as part of a beta program, or issued as promotional bonuses have no monetary value and are not eligible for cash refunds under any circumstance. They may be revoked at our discretion if the originating account is terminated for a Terms or Acceptable Use Policy violation.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@mangaflow.studio from the address registered on your MangaFlow account. Include:

  • The email address on your MangaFlow account
  • The order or invoice ID of the purchase you are requesting a refund for
  • A short description of the reason

Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. The actual time the funds appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may take longer.

5. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your Account → Credits & usage page or by emailing support@mangaflow.studio.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.You retain access to your subscription credits until that date and will not be charged for the next cycle.
  • We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a billing period that has already begun, except where the refund eligibility threshold in section 2 applies.
  • Credits that came with the cancelled subscription remain spendable until your billing period ends; any unused credits at that point are forfeit unless the plan’s terms expressly say otherwise.

6. One-time credit packs

One-time top-ups are not auto-renewing — there is nothing to cancel. The refund rules in section 2 apply to the entire purchase.

7. Account termination

If you delete your MangaFlow account, any unused credits are forfeit and not refundable. If we terminate your account for a Terms or AUP violation, no refund is owed for unused credits. If we terminate your account without cause, the rules in section 2 apply to your most recent purchase.

8. Disputes and chargebacks

We strongly prefer to resolve refund disputes directly. Filing a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us may result in your account being suspended until the dispute is resolved.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
