Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 7 May 2026

This policy applies to everyone who uses MangaFlow. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, account suspension, or termination.

1. Prohibited content

You must not use MangaFlow to generate, upload, or distribute:

  • Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises real or fictional persons under 18. This is an absolute prohibition; accounts that attempt this will be terminated and reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes or sexualised depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent.
  • Real-person impersonation intended to defame, harass, or commit fraud.
  • Hate speech or harassment targeting protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality).
  • Graphic violence or gore for shock value, or content that glorifies real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Instructions to commit crimes or harm — e.g. weapons, explosives, dangerous chemistry, malware, financial fraud.
  • Copyrighted characters or trademarks you do not own or have permission to use, when the intended use would infringe.
  • Content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

2. Mature themes

Manga and graphic novels often deal with mature themes (combat, conflict, death, relationships). These are permitted in narrative context. Sexual nudity and explicit sexual acts are not permitted in beta. We will publish updated guidance if and when an opt-in mature mode is introduced.

3. Platform abuse

You must not:

  • Create accounts to evade limits, bans, or credits caps.
  • Automate the Service in ways that bypass rate limits, scrape outputs, or overload our infrastructure.
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or otherwise unsolicited communications.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the prompts, weights, or training data of underlying models.

4. Reporting

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, send a report via our contact form with a description and any relevant URLs or screenshots. We review reports promptly.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe Output infringes your copyright, submit a notice via our contact form including: (a) your contact info, (b) identification of the work, (c) the URL of the infringing material, (d) a statement of good-faith belief, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act. We will respond within a reasonable period.

6. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion, remove content, refuse Service, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where the law requires, we will report illegal content to the appropriate authorities.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Service.
